Ken Geduldig and the Vermont Defenders is a litigation practice focusing upon the needs of clients facing anything from major felony charges to DWI and simple traffic violations. Mr. Geduldig has 40 combined years’ experience in criminal, juvenile court cases, custody issues, and related domestic matters.

Mr. Geduldig began his private practice in 1970 after receiving his J.D. from the University of Memphis; being admitted into the Vermont, and U.S. District Court, Vermont Circuit and member of the Chittenden County, Vermont and American Bar Associations. In 2000, in addition to his private practice, was selected to serve as a contractor for the Vermont Defender General’s office on juvenile cases where he represented clients in criminal and juvenile cases for 13 years. Mr. Geduldig is a highly experienced negotiator and understands the need to seek the best resolution for his clients, while vigorously protecting their legal rights.

Mr. Geduldig, born in New York City, is a long time resident of Burlington, Vermont where he is married to Nan Patrick, and has two daughters, Aimee and Liza, and is a grandfather to Madeline.
